Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans with fibrosarcomatous transformation. Apart from the background of classical storiform dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, there are areas that are more cellular with closely packed spindled cells showing nuclear hyperchromatism and fascicular arrangement reminiscent of a herringbone pattern of growth.
