I have some suggestion of a large blocca vessel With a mixoid trombus. Like trombus from attualmente myxoma. It's top tricky fit me.

To be honest I am not sure, I think that small nodule of mucinous material surrounded by histiocytes is indeed due to a foreign material. The topography of the lesion is somewhat disorienting, I would use polarized light to see if there is some birrefringence in those microcystic/vacuolar áreas.

can the STD like syphilis or other disease in the chronic phase make such pathological changes
