Not sure if there is any alopecia lesion ( i don't know the alopecia chapter, and i'm learning here thanks to you all )...it looks like a "bees stream" peribulbarl lymphocytic infiltrate. What about an "Alopecia areata"?

Agree with Naevus Sebaceous.
Bx is from a 'lesion' on scalp, so probably not alopecia chapter!!
There are abnormally placed sebaceous glands. Also striking is complete absence of terminal follicles (one should see terminal follicles rather than vellus follicles in a scalp bx)...all fit with naevus sebaceous.

Nevus sebaceous,

because of the age of the patient the sebaceous glands are not that prominent
