Early pustular psoriasis. Another differential could be acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis but the clinical setting and absence of eosinophils in the dermis makes me support PS

Spongiotic tissue reaction pattern with subcorneal vescicles. The latter contain neutrophils and serum. The last image shows no eosinophils within the dermis or neutrophil margination. My differentials would include eczema, miliaria crystallina, eczematous drug reaction and early pustular psoriasis.

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis.  I tried very hard to photograph the eosinophils, but I have had my system upgraded and this has caused some issues with the camera.  But there were definitely eosinophils.  The last image attempts to show some eosinophils.
