Dermal based tumour with features of a ductal adenocarcinoma. To rule out metastasis from prostate etc, with IHC. If primary, some features suggestive of an eccrine ductal carcinoma.

Agree with the differentials, If I had to bet I would support a metástasis of prostate adenocarcinoma in the first place.

Metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma is correct!

The tumour was diffusely PSA positive and patient had a history of prostatic Ca.
