I think this is myofibroma to confirm with IHQ SMA, Desmin, s-100,cd34,

The first image gives the impression of a capsulated lesion, thinking myxoid schwannoma for IHC.

Agree with Raul. Biphasic pattern is evident, with hemangiopericytic vessels in the cellular blue areas.

You guys are probably right.  I was also thinking about intravascular nodular fasciitis (probably a long shot)

Multinodular proliferation with zonal pattern.  Peripheral pale hyalinized zones with vaguely chondroid or myxoid appearance, and central zones of intravascular growth, with cellular hemangiopericytic appearance: 

agree with adult Myofibroma.
