My impression was Dermatomyofibroma. Other less possible differential, leyomioma. The last one should be diffusely and intensely positive with SMA compared to the former. Also the fascicles in this case are mostly parallel to the surface which is infrequent in leiomyoma and frequent in dermatomyofibroma and there is some epidermal hyperplasia

Dermatomyofibroma ( scar like lesion with spindle cells fascicles parallel to the epidermis).

Would go for a dermatomyofibroma, hoping IHC for S-100 , Desmin and CD34 was negative.

Yes, I think would fit with dermatomyofibroma.

Another differential would be a medallion like dermal dendrocytic hamartoma. CD34 would be useful to differentiate.
