Good afternoon and glad ti hearing from you. I see an acantholitic lesion pemphigus-HH-Darier-like...so my first thought is of Grover's Disease.

Hello. Yes my first though was Grover pemphigus like variant I think there are some incipient corps ronds, second differential paraneoplastic pemphigus. Was there any history of drugs?
