Heterotopic brain tissue. The meningeal tissue has a pseudovascular configuration. Nice case

Like to see NFP, GFAP and EMA. Also neuroradiology. Agree with Raul the appearances suggest more than glia, possibly some neuronal component too. Agree likely heterotopia, but need to exclude associated encephalocoele etc.

Yes this is glial and meningeal heterotopia. So, well done to all. 

Radiology was done and did not show any intracranial communication.

The meningeal component does have this rather prominent pseudovascular pattern and can be mistaken for a lymphangioma or lymphatic malformation. Ofcourse, the glial tissue in this case is a giveaway.
