Agree with leukemia cutis. Just as a comment, since some time the pictures of Dr. Diwan are really pink without any contrast, making it harder to find the correct diagnosis in difficult cases.

I do apologize for the photos.  They do look rather pink.  The last two on the bottom are immunos (both are CD30).  This is a patient with systemic ALCL.

Looking at immunos without knowing the antigen is a bit like doing crosswords without the clues! It may be possible but it does not reflect real life practice.
