Case History: 85/F: 2 large inflamed plaques on right upper and medial thigh. PMH: vulval lichen planus, nail dystrophy, alopecia, recent onset palmoplantar keratosis, irritable bowel syndrome and hypertension.

Yes, syringofibroadenoma, also known as acrosyringial adenomatosis. Agree with Raul in possible syndromal association.

Yes, this is ESFA.
Well done to Raul (and others) for picking the association with ectodermal dysplasia. We saw the same paper thar Raul has quoted and have raised the possibility of Clouston syndrome too..The age of presentation is unusual but it is not certain how long the patient has had the lesions. We await further information/investigations from our dermatologist.
