Desmoplastic Trichilemmoma!      ?With associated tumor of the follicular infundibulum

Desmoplastic trichilemmoma. The typical trichilemmoma is above this lesion and shows hyperkeratosis. CD34 may be usefull to highlighting the tumor cells.
