basaloid/cloacogenic carcinoma, possible HPV related.? any history of HIV infection

Agree: there's a dd with BCC of perianal region, but in absence of cutaneous adnexa I think this isn't perianal region. In fig7 pleomorphism of squamous differentiation is evident. And there's a predominant in situ component.

Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma (an insitu component present).

Probable etiology in young

Human papillomavirus (HPV)

Immunosuppression for solid organ transplantation

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)

Sexual practices

My impression was also basaloid scc but it seems to have a large in situ component. Welcome dr Yu

I agree with everyone. This is a basaloid carcinoma - a variant of squamous  cell carcinoma usually associated with HPV infection. The HPV status of this particular patient is unknown.
