What about Bullous Pemphigoides, inflammatory early stage?...I suppose fig1 is IgG DIF, showing a n-serrated pattern.

Assuming it is IgG & C3 at the DEJ, the H&E picture with perivascular eosinophils, would do for pre-bullous pemphigoid.

Also favour pre Bullous BP given the eosinophils in the dermis
