I think of Necrotizing granulomatous reaction here(remnant of mite at center?)

demodicosis gravis?

Yes, this is granulomatous demodicosis.  The last photo in the sequence was so that you could compare the corrugated cuticle with a control Demodex mite in a follicular canal.
