In-situ sebaceous carcinoma. An IHC panel to rule out other in-situ lesions with clear cell change.

Due to topography, age and morphology first possibility sebaceous carcinoma in situ. IHC important as Nitin remarked

Yes, this should be the first possibility, seb carc insitu for IHC

Sebaceus carcinoma with pagetoid spread. Differential diagnosis mostly with Bowen disease with clear cell change. IHQ is important.
