Nice example of Sweet's (Acute Febrile Neutrophilic Dermatosis). It is certainly no so "Sweet" for a suffer of this condition as quoted eloquently by one of the patients. In this context, it is worth considering a search for recurrence of colonic cancer if clinically appropriate.
