Yes well done. I did look for fungi on the H&E and failing to find them and in view of the typical H&E features of verruciform xanthoma (warty lesion with rather distinctive parakeratosis and neutrophil exocytosis with subtle xanthoma cells in the corium) I did not do a PAS.
