Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum (odd age, but PXE is often asymptomatic, so it may present in adult age ).

Yes, pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE). Very typical histology. The Von Kossa and EVG stains highlighted the abnormal elastic fibres. I shall request admin to upload these. A leading clinical clue on the request form! The patient had a cardiological examination which was normal.  The patient had bilateral angioid streaks. It is important to remember that PXE has a striking variation in the phenotypic expression and not all patients will manifest with cutaneous lesions.

P.S. Thanks Richard and all.
