Colloid milium/ nodular colloid degeneration

I like the idea of colloid milium. Also thought about sclerosing/plywood fibroma with hemosiderin, although the nose is unusual. I guess fibrous papules can also look like anything!

Sclerotic fibroma-like Dermatofibroma ( a CD34 could be useful in this case; DF is usually neg and SF is usually positive ).

Thanks for the different thoughts on the case. I called it a colloid milium but other suggestions have merit! Congo red and pan-keratins (for amyloid) were both negative.
