Agree with Mona. Peyronie F is usually a cell poor and hyaline type of growth compared with the other ones. But it shares the same pathological clue with the others: standing out ( almost carved ) stromal vessels.

Hypocellular proliferation of bland spindled cells entrapped in haphazardly arranged collagen bundles with focus of metaplastic ossification. Penile fibromatosis (Peyronie disease).
