Metástasis, could be pulmonary... check ck7, ck20, ttf1, clinical history of internal malignancy

Yes, metastatic adenocarcinoma. It is CK7 and TTF1 positive, and p63 is essentially negative. The clinicians are working the patient up for primary lung disease. I'm uploading picture of TTF1.
