I am away on holiday in lovely Italy so am posting all this week's Spot Diagnosis Cases in one go. To start off the new year here is Dr Limin Yu's case for you to diagnose.

Have a nice trip Geoff. For me this case is a dermal duct tumor, nécrose en masse is typical of poroma family of tumors

Hidradenoma (solid, cystic), pauciluminal, some ductal lining cells in cystic areas.

Please see my belated comment to Friday's case and suggestion that we all do meet in Glasgow.

Let's hope this year Trump's the last. Good will to all!

I'm late, coming back from Patrasso in Greece ( agree with DDT ).

Hello Geoff, in that part of Italy are you right now?  I live in Pesaro, near Rimini. How about a pop in here? Fish and seafood are great here.
