The Pigmented Villo Nodular Synovitis-diffuse type is usually found in hip or knee, but the Nodular variant affect also hands. PVNS is my first spot.

The lack of sharp circumscription and the presence of cleft-like spaces make me favor tenosynovial giant cell tumor, diffuse type (aka the misnomer “pigmented villonodular synovitis”), which can rarely occur as an extra-articular lesion in a finger.

Thank everyone for your interests. It is indeed giant cell tumor of tendon sheath ( tenosynovial giant cell tumor). It is more circumscribed under microscope.
