My first thought is superficial angiomyxoma.  The second one is cutaneous nodular fasciitis with entrapped follicular cyst. Useful a CD34 stain(pos in angiomyxoma).

agree with Vincenzo, favour superficial angiomyxoma. epithelial inclusions are described, although this one is quite big.

The neutrophils seen in the last image are alsp a nice clue for superficial angiomyxoma. I think the topography is just a bit infrequent (acral) and may bring the differential with superficial acral fibromyxoma. Nevertheless, the histologic features seen are for me in keeping with SA.
