To be honest when I quickly saw the case I thought of pigmented seborrheic keratosis. But, as Vincenzo remarked this should be better diagnosed as pigmented SebK with sebaceous diff

Agree. Grouped with 'superficial epithelioma with sebaceous differentiation' and 'reticulated acanthoma with sebaceous differentiation'.
