Septal panniculitis, erythema nodosum

Agree, EN.

EN vs factitial Pannicultis. I see foreign body in GCs in the last photograph. 

Agree with erythema nodosum. Thickened fibrous septa containing Miescher’s radial granulomas are a characteristic marker.

I personally failed to see Meisher's radial granulomas; funny lipocyte miniaturization and a hint of lobular factictial damage on pictures 5 and 9 (a good point Arif). I would have definitely called the clinician for CPC as Raul suggested, before calling it EN.
