thinking on the lines of superficial acral fibromyxoma, superficial angiomyxoma (no epithelial inclusions seen though)...

Superficial acral fibromyxoma is usually more cellular. Looks like a digital mucous cyst minus the "keratoma".

Almost no cellularity, I believe this is a digital myxoid cyst.

Exactly our differential diagnosis. A call to the clinician confirmed the diagnosis of digital mucous cyst (pseudocyst). CD34 was negative.
