Desmoplastic Fibroblastoma ( or collagenous fibroma ).

I agree, collagenous fibroma: Well circumscribed hypocellular lesion with bland stellate and spindled fibroblasts and prominent collagenous matrix

Collagenous fibroma (Desmoplastic fibroblastoma). Pleomorphic fibroma tends to be more cellular, superficial (surgeons can rarely excise the lesion without epidermis) and we can sometimes see fat tissue.

A well-circumscribed but unencapsulated paucicellular proliferation of bipolar to stellate-shaped fibroblasts with bland nuclei which are widely spaced and uniformly distributed within an abundant myxocollagenous matrix with low vascularity. Agree with desmoplastic fibroblastoma. Age, gender and site are typical.
