Pityrosporum folliculitis.  Clusters of yeasts in the lumen of the distended hair follicle infundibulum, and intradermal rupture with suppurative inflammation.

I would favour a pityrosporum folliculitis  (rounded and oval, small yeast forms with budding at the infundibulum, no apparent hyphae, pustular folliculitis)

The so-called Malassezia (or Pityrosporum) folliculitis. A ruptured hair follicle after an inflammatory process, maybe an idiopathic one, and an ensuing perifollicular suppurative inflammatory infiltrate incited by released follicular contents, including normal follicular residents as Malassezia yeasts.
