Agree with chondroid syringoma/benign mixed tumor. Cholesterol clefts are curious though.

Yes agree - does any one think the hyalinsation could be amyloid?

Yes, I did think of amyloid and read that its reported in cases of Merkel cell carcinoma. But what are those cholesterol crystal- like things below the tumour?

I was thinking instead of an odd hyalinized osteochondroid reaction. But maybe I’m wrong.

The images don't always work well. Actually there is no amyloidosis.  Thank you !!!
