on first 4 images thought of glomangioma but on subsequent images and given the hyaline deposits and possibility of lymphocytic infiltration, would favour eccrine spiradenoma

Agree with Urmilapandey. Benign eccrine spiradenoma ( if cutaneous... in oral cavity and salivary gland based, basaloid and canalicular adenoma ).

Agree. Spiradenoma, The differential with glomus tumor can be difficult sometimes. Pic 6 shows some ducts, which help rule-out glomus tumor

Nice case. Picture 4 was almos diagnostic of glomus tumor for me, but the last 2 pictures are really compatible with eccrine spiradenoma.

I agree this is spiradenoma. Glomus tumor is a close differential diagnosis and sometime it can be very difficult to tell them apart.

Are there lymphocytes in the tumor nests? I thought I see lymphocytes. So most likely spiradenoma
