some fungal hyphae like structures in the centre, would have done a fungal stain but favour a rheumatoid nodule

Slit like spaces lined by hyperplastic synovial membrane- ? Metaplastic synovial cyst

Hi! Rheumatoide nodule. There is fibrinoid necrobiosis within palisaded granulomatous reaction in many fields.
