At places, it looks as if Masson's tumour has developed in the spindle cell hemangioma

Vascular malformation / haemangioma with spindle cell haemangiomatous areas.

The lesion is pretty larger, making it hard to include the whole lesion in a low power field. The possibility of spindle cell hemangioma is considered. This case has a combination of masson's tumor and conventional hemangioma. The nomenclature of vascular tumor isn't very straight forward, which contributes to different terms dermatopathologists use in practice. Thanks!!!
