Difficult recognize eosinophils in these pics ( I think you can appreciate them in 5/6 pics ), and there aren't clearly epithelioid endothelial cells...but my first spot is ALHE.

Epithelioid hemangioma (ALHE). Beautiful intracytoplasmic vacuoles.
