Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans with fibrosarcomatous differentiation (COL1A1-PDGFB fusion?)

Sorry for the late response!

This is indeed DFSP with fibrosarcomatous transformation. PDGFB-COL1A1 translocation was positive.
