What about a late stage of Granuloma Faciale? In the last picture you can see some granulocytes...And we know GF in advanced phase can become EED-like...if I'm not completely off road off course!!!

What do you guys think about?

Immunos  (including EMA) were negative.....so storiform collagenoma wins!
