First thought Melanoma.  Based on age I would recommend conservative excision.

Desmoplastic melanoma with an epidermal component. If no metastases, local excision.

I am not expert in this area but in this age, may be a conservative excision is enough?? Waiting to be enlightened.

Spindle cell/desmoplastic melanoma. There is no 'right' answer for the management question - but given the patient's age a conservative excision may make the most sense.
