What about a tenosynovitis with psammomatous calcification of digits?

Considering the age of the patient and the site of the lesion, a subepidermal calcified nodule or calcification in lesions of scleroderma (CREST) or MCTD with transepidermal elimination are the possibilities

Dr. Pakti got it right! I did not share that the patient has a history of Raynaud's/scleroderma, and this is indeed an example of calcification in the setting of MCTD with transepidermal elimination.
