Looks like a solid papillary carcinoma of the breast.

In the eyelid, it is best classified as endocrine mucin-producing sweat gland carcinoma.

Sincerely I was thinking of a stroma poor variant  of chondroid syringoma...but after having read the comments of my Colleagues I’m afraid I’m wrong....
