Agree. Arti and myself are going to be there at the ISDP. Hoping to meet others from Dermpathpro.

Yes, inverted follicular keratosis. I have seen this called 'atypical squamoproliferative lesion' or outright SCC so often by my surgical pathology colleagues. This is one of the best examples I have seen.
