Mid right cheek 4mm punch biopsy changing lesion present since birth. Pale whitish smooth papule

Apologies for very late post! Dr Chaudhry's diagnosis as follows:

 

Skin with part of a dermal basaloid tumour with sclerotic stroma forming cords of cells with superficial keratocysts and osseous metaplasia. No atypia or malignancy seen.
The differential lies between a desmoplastic trichoepithelioma and syringoma - I favour the former.
