?Epidermotropic secundary cutaneous involvement by Angioimmunoblastic T Cell Lymphoma...too difficult without immunohistochemistry. CD4+? CD8+? PD1+? CXCL13+? CD20+? CD10+?

I would say lymphoproliferative process for IHC!

lymphoproliferative disorder.

IHC  and molecular studies are needed ti further categorize the lesion.

Dr Chaudhry This is sent to a supra-regional MDT for further analysis and I will post diagnosis once the extra stains are back!
