• Common anomaly which can arise anywhere along the "milk line," which extends from the axilla to the groin, and occasionally at other sites
• Mammary ducts opening into the epidermis or into pilosebaceous units
• I'm not able to see scattered muscle bands, but it's the same for me: this is a supernumerary nipple.

Fox Fordyce disease

Keratotic follicular plugging with spongiosis around it and a sweat gland coil with infiltrate containing foamy histiocytes around it with location in the axilla point towards Fox Fordyce disease.

I vote for supernumerary nipple. The micropapillary appearance of the duct lining and periductal edema is more in keeping with a breast gland than a skin apocrine gland. I hope these findings are not incidental to the findings in the epidermis. Clinical correlation may tell us the answer.
