Long history of recurrent inflammation & irritation in her genitals. Easily broken skin in her armpits, under her breasts & in her groins. FHx of Hailey Hailey disease (mother). Biopsy under breast.

Extensive acantholysis with dilapidated brick wall appearance. Autosomal dominant by history. Hailey Hailey aka familial benign pemphigus.

Sadly for India they're struggling with balls on a good length right now. Good that no one was put off by my "buffet" delivery here though.
