36 year-old female with vulvar/fourchette and perianal rash. This is a vulvar biopsy.

I agree with Anil with the caveat that Hailey Hailey disease should be ruled out clinically, as I don’t know if this is a papular rash and don’t see corps ronds/grains.

Had thought of Hailey Hailey, but since we have recently had one typical case of it posted recently, I thought that the admin won't repeat it so soon!

This one fit better clinically with acantholytic dermatosis of the genitocrural region.
