My impression is Tufted Angioma too.

It seem that the lesion is quite deep (beneath the muscle) but isnt the location neither the clinical picture of Kaposiform Hemangioendothelioma.

For me it’s a deep pyogenic granuloma/lobulated capillary. But agree that seems making cannon-balls.

These are super difficult (but don't need to be if seen from a managerial stand point). I like the idea of tufted angioma as well. A deep pyogenic granuloma would not be a bad answer. The clinician thought it was a PG clinically. The patient had fallen and hurt herself on the lip.
