What can look like a lymphanioma on the vulva can be due to localised chronic lymphoedema. See my comment for 2203.

I'd want some more history and clinical information e.g. Detailed clinical appearances & history e.g. Crohn's, morbid obesity, previous surgery, radiotherapy etc.
