dissecting sinusoidal vessels are seen with prominent endothelial cells

can we have some data on  Human herpesvirus 8

it could be patch stage KS

Yes, Im also worried for the slit like vessels dissecting the collagen fibers.

Kaposi Sarcoma is my impression too.

Agree with KS, misdiagnosis as a result of seeing it on the cellphone !

KS must be investigated. HHV-8 imunostain is necessary.
