12 year old female with 0.8 cm pink papule on right upper arm. What are your management recommendations?

I favor spitz nevus, even with occasional mitotic figures. The lesion is symmetrical, maturing and the patient is young. Recommend excision.

I did indeed call this Spitz nevus, and added with atypical features. I recommended a re excision. While I don't expect anything bad to happen, the patient is an adolescent, and her age and the mitotic figures should prompt a re excision and close follow up.
